We trust you will commit to diving deep into God’s Word in 2023
Find a quiet place to be alone. Learn to withdraw from the busyness of life and spend a few moments alone with God each day. Commit to a regular time to spend with God. Pick a time that works best for you, (early morning, afternoon or evenings). Find a plan that works best for you. This year we have three different plans available. New Testament, Old Testament or both the Old and New Testament.
Pray. Ask God to open your mind and guide you.
Read a portion of Scripture slowly. This is where your conversation with God begins. He starts speaking to you through his Word, and then you speak back to him through prayer.
Meditate on the Word. Spend some time pondering on what God is saying.
Write down what you discover. When God speaks to you through his Word, write it down. Writing enables us to remember what God has said to us and record our discoveries.
Pray again. Be quiet. Ask God to show you his Word. Talk to God about what He has said to you.
